We are always as accurate as possible in the descriptions given on this site, and we believe there should be no cause for misunderstanding in regards to the products we are selling. In addition, we only sell top-quality, hand made products and we are sure you will be completely happy with any purchases you may make. If, however, you wish to return a product, then we can offer either a full refund, an exchange or credit. This is only offered for 30 days after the transaction, and providing the product is unused and in its original packaging. We will not provide a refund for postage costs.
